Description

Proplast RC50 is a polymer modified, pre-mixed cement based key coat, which when mixed with water produces a bonding agent layer between new plaster and concrete masonry blocks.

Packaging

Proplast RC50 is available in 25 kg and 50 kg bags.

Yield

6 kg/ m² for 3mm thicknesses. However, the consumption is depending on the application method and the substrate fi nish.

Shelf Life

Proplast RC50 has a shelf life of 12months if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 50°C in original unopened bags.

Standards

  • Proplast RC50 complies with ASTM C150, ASTM C897 and application standard ASTM C926.

Applications

Proplast RC50 is specially designed for use as key bonding agent between new plaster and concrete masonry blocks, including normal and light weight blocks.
