Setseal® Cure 100

Easy to clean curing aid for concrete surfaces (Formerly known as SetCure 100)

Setseal Cure 100 is a liquid curing aid formulated from inorganic silicates.
Setseal Cure 100 provides an excellent initial cure for concrete, then it begins to break down and naturally wear away from the surface to prepare concrete for coating with a multitude of protective and/or decorative top coats.

Applications

Setseal Cure100 is recommended for new formwork cast in-situ concrete surfaces such as concrete walls, columns and for concrete floors.

Coverage

The coverage is 160 - 285 ft²/gal (4 - 7 m²/ litre) per coat. Where two coats are required to ensure maximum densification, the second coat should be applied after 2 - 3 hours of applying the first coat.

Packaging

Setseal Cure 100 is available in 5 gal (18.9 liter) pails and 55 gal (208.2 liter) drums.

Storage

Store in a dry area out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 41°F (5°C) and 95°F (35°C). Setseal Cure 100 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions and unopened packs. The effectiveness of this product may be adversely affected if these conditions are exceeded and DCP Technical Department should be contacted for advice.
