Riverview Apartments

Riverview Apartments is a large housing scheme. The two phase project launched in 2008 aims to offer more than 3,000 flats that are designed and implemented in the highest quality.

The requirement in the project was to supply products from a full solution provider that can offer the full integrity and protection of the structure. DCP was able to  achieve this goal in a timely and fashion nd by ensuring at all products supplied are fully compatible with each other in a cost efficient manner without affecting the quality.

Formcoat S100 was used as a release agent for the formwork maintaining the concrete strength while improving surface.

For a high quality concrete, Supaflo Special JP which is an SNF high range water reducer and Hyperplast PC711 which is a polycarboxylic hyperplasticiser admixture. Both used to enhance the concrete cohesion and to overcome the congestion in steel reinforcement.

Serving an area near Gomti river bank, the project required a special anchor grout highly resistant to moistened conditions.

Keygrout, a high strength and fast curing polyester grout, was used for anchoring the starters, dowels and bars.

Flexseal GA700 was used as a general purposes acrylic sealant for pane and frame joints.
