RMZ Galleria

RMZ Corp is a leading corporate real estate developer. RMZ Galleria project seeks a fresh and new approach in its development and sustainability to house office spaces, over 90,000 m² shopping mall and entertainment complex serviced residences.

The project has different grades of concrete requirements to be framed in aluminum formwork – a method widely used for mass housing projects in India. In such a large multi-asset development, the main challenge was achieving numerous concrete mixes without causing any confusion on site. DCP was approached to find the best method for minimizing the number of required admixtures while maintaining the same rate of project costs.

DCP technical team was able to support the project through a custom - tailored admixture for all the required concrete mix designs throughout the project.

It was through DCP’s Supaflo Special MR353 which is a Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (SNF) based admixture that the estimated overall cost was decreased by supplying one grade of admixture for all the mixes.
